Working principle:
The eddy current metal sorting machine is designed based on the principle that a conductor can generate induced current in a high-frequency alternating magnetic field. When the eddy current sorting machine works, it generates a high-frequency alternating strong magnetic field on the surface of the sorting magnetic roller. When the metal enters the strong magnetic field sorting area, eddy currents are induced inside the metal block. The magnetic field generated by this eddy current is opposite to the original magnetic field direction and has a repulsive force. The repulsive force can push the metal block forward to achieve separation. The eddy current separator has the characteristics of stable magnetic source, unique magnetic system arrangement, bearing protection and sealing maintenance, eccentric design to enhance throwing force, etc., which enable it to operate stably in various harsh working environments and effectively reduce the damage of iron metal to equipment.Material properties: Different materials have different electromagnetic properties and responses to magnetic fields.
