Introduction:

Working principle:
The mud-rock mixture enters the separator through the feed port. Usually, the feed system is equipped with a conveyor belt or feeder to ensure that the material is evenly fed into the equipment. After entering the separator, the material first undergoes preliminary screening. The screening system separates larger stones from smaller soil particles by vibration or rotation. At this time, large particles of stone will be left on the screen, while small particles will fall through the screen to the bottom. In order to further improve the separation effect, many mud-rock separators also use airflow separation technology. By setting up an airflow generator, the airflow is used to exert impact force on the light soil particles, further separating them from the heavy stones. The speed and direction of the airflow can be adjusted according to different material characteristics to optimize the separation effect. In some mud-rock separators, gravity separation is also an important step. Through the inclined separation surface and appropriate vibration, materials of different densities are separated under the action of gravity, heavy stones will move downwards, and light soil will be lifted up. The soil and stones after screening and separation are collected through different outlets. The soil is usually sent to a storage box or conveyor belt, and the separated stones are transferred to a designated location for processing or recycling.
