Plastic PP PE recycling machine introduction:
The complete set of equipment for PET PP PE plastic beverage bottle crushing, cleaning and recycling production line mainly includes: unpacking machine, conveyor belt, label remover, sorting table, crusher, hot water steam washing kettle, spiral elevator, friction cleaning machine, rinsing machine, centrifugal dehydrator, pipeline drying system, cyclone silo, electric control cabinet, etc.

Main equipment and features:
1. According to the different states of plastic bottles (flattened or not flattened), different label removers are matched to achieve a higher label removal rate. The whole machine adopts wear-resistant blades with longer life, and adopts suction label separator.
2. The crusher adopts an integrated molding machine cavity and a through-installation method, which can make the main shaft evenly stressed. The knife holder adopts 4 sets of moving knives, which has very good crushing efficiency especially for pressed bottles.
3. According to the different processing volume, hot washing tanks or hotter washing tanks can be selected, and steam cleaning can be matched to effectively improve the quality of washed bottle flakes and save energy. Equipped with automatic control of temperature, pressure and liquid level gauges to control product quality well.
4. The matching label paper air separation machine can effectively separate impurities and PVC label paper from bottle flakes. After careful separation, the grade of bottle flakes is improved and the added value is increased.
