Vertical Pulse Jet Bag Filter Dust Collector For Cement Plants
Working principle:
1. Filtration principle: The dust-laden gas enters from the air inlet. When passing through the ash hopper, some large dust particles in the gas are separated by inertia and gravity and fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. After passing through the ash hopper, the dust-laden gas enters the filter bag filtration area of the middle box body. The gas passes through the filter bag, and the dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box body through the filter bag port and is discharged from the air outlet.
2. Dust cleaning principle: As the filtration time increases, the dust layer on the filter bag continues to accumulate, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the equipment resistance rises to the set value, the dust cleaning device starts to clean. First, a chamber lift valve is closed to cut off the filtration airflow, and then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened. The compressed air expands rapidly in the upper box body in a very short time and rushes into the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand and deform and vibrate. Under the action of the reverse airflow, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper. After the dust cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the lift valve is opened, and the chamber resumes the filtration state. Clean each chamber in turn, and one cleaning cycle starts from the first cleaning to the next cleaning.
3. Dust collection: The dust intercepted by filtration and cleaning falls into the ash hopper and is then discharged from the ash hopper.
