Pulse Dust Collector Workshop Collection Dust Separator Collector
Dust removal mechanism of dust collector:
When the dust particle size is larger than the pores of the filter cloth or the pores between the dust particles deposited on the filter cloth, the dust is intercepted. The second is the inertial collision effect. When the dust-laden airflow approaches the filter cloth fiber, the airflow will bypass the fiber, and the dust particles will continue to move in a straight line due to inertia. When they hit the fiber, they will be captured. All large dust particles within the critical line of the dust trajectory can reach the fiber surface and be captured.
The third is the electrostatic and diffusion effect. When the airflow velocity is very low, its removal mainly depends on diffusion and electrostatic effects. It increases with the decrease of airflow velocity and the decrease of fiber and dust diameter. Generally, dust and filter cloth may carry electric charges. When the charges of the two are opposite, dust is easily adsorbed on the filter cloth; the last effect belongs to gravity. When the slowly moving dust-laden airflow enters the dust collector, dust particles with large particle size and density may naturally settle down due to gravity. The four dust removal mechanisms are determined according to the actual conditions such as dust properties, bag filter structure characteristics and movement conditions.
