Product introduction:
The belt dryer is mainly composed of mesh belt, transmission device, air inlet pipe, air outlet pipe, fan (hot air source is set separately), etc. The main principle of mesh belt dryer is to evenly spread the material on the mesh belt, drag it back and forth in the dryer by the transmission device, and the hot air flows through the materials, and the water vapor is discharged from the moisture removal holes, so as to achieve the purpose of drying. The mesh belt adopts 12-60 mesh steel mesh belt, and the length of the box is composed of standard sections. In order to save space, the dryer can be made into a multi-layer type. The common ones are two-chamber three-layer and two-chamber five-layer. The wind direction adopts negative pressure and multi-hole air intake to ensure the effective drying area, and the wind speed is evenly distributed to improve the drying effect.
