How Dryer Room Machine Works
1. Heating principle: the host heating, through the fan to the air heat into the drying room, in the drying process, the intake is equipped with a temperature detector, and can automatically control the work of the heat pump host according to the intake air temperature.
(1) When the air inlet hot air temperature is lower than the set temperature (such as: 60 degrees), the heat pump host starts to work, increasing the supply of hot air at high temperature to meet the needs of material drying.
(2) When the air inlet hot air temperature reaches the set temperature (such as: 70 degrees), the heat pump host stops working, usually the early heating time, the later holding time, the lower the temperature requirements of the drying room, the longer the holding time, so as to achieve the effect of energy saving.
2. Moisture removal principle: The moisture removal system is automatically controlled by the heat pump drying equipment system. When the temperature is set to 40 ° C and the humidity is set to 60%, the dehumidifier fan automatically starts and the extracted water vapor is discharged to the atmosphere. When the temperature and humidity are lower than the set values, the exhaust fan automatically shuts down to stop dehumidification. Through this to achieve the purpose of dehumidification.

Drying Room Principle
After the dry air is pressed into the evaporator by the fan, the temperature increases and the humidity decreases. When the dry air is discharged through the outlet pipe, it takes away a large amount of latent heat and cools down and humidifies and produces condensate. The low-temperature and low-pressure humid air enters the evaporator and absorbs the water in the air to become gaseous. Under the action of pressure, water molecules in the gaseous state condense into water droplets through the condenser and attach to the inner wall of the evaporator to complete the air drying process.
