Principle of heat pump dryer:
The heat pump dryer mainly consists of four parts: finned evaporator (outdoor unit), compressor, finned condenser (indoor unit) and expansion valve. The principle is: by allowing the working fluid to continuously complete the thermal cycle of evaporation (absorbing heat from the outdoor environment)-compression-condensation (releasing heat in the indoor drying room)-throttling-re-evaporation, the heat in the external low-temperature environment is transferred to the drying room, and the refrigerant circulates in the system under the action of the compressor. It completes the gaseous pressure and temperature increase process in the compressor (the temperature is as high as 100 degrees Celsius), it enters the indoor unit to release high-temperature heat to heat the air in the drying room, and is cooled and converted into a liquid state. When it runs to the outdoor unit, the liquid quickly absorbs heat and evaporates and converts into a gaseous state again. At the same time, the temperature can drop to -20 degrees Celsius to -30 degrees Celsius. At this time, the air around the heat absorber will continuously transfer heat to the refrigerant. When the high-temperature heat pump drying unit is working, like ordinary air conditioners and heat pump units, it absorbs energy QA from the low-temperature ambient medium in the evaporator: it consumes part of the energy itself, that is, the power consumption of the compressor QB: it releases heat QC in the condenser through the working fluid circulation system, QC=QA+QB, so the efficiency of the high-temperature heat pump drying unit is (QA+QB)/QB, and the heating efficiency of other heating equipment is less than 1, so the heating efficiency of the high-temperature heat pump drying unit is much greater than the efficiency of other heating equipment. It can be seen that using a high-temperature heat pump drying unit as a drying device can save energy, while also reducing the emission of pollutants such as CO2, achieving the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
Applicable materials for dryer:
1. Flowers: honeysuckle, chrysanthemum, lily, rose, epiphyllum, lotus leaf, hibiscus, etc.
2. Fruits: mango drying, fig drying, walnut, mulberry, lemon, apple, banana, pineapple and other fruit drying.
3. Vegetables: day lily, dried radish drying, pepper drying machine, pepper, gourd, lettuce, tribute vegetable, peanut, barley, beans, etc.
The effect is also very good. Common edible fungi, fruits, vegetables, and flowers can be used.
4. Edible fungi drying: shiitake mushroom drying, morel drying, pine mushroom drying, pine mushroom drying, bamboo fungus drying, truffle, boletus, red mushroom and other edible fungi drying.
