Tyre Shredder Recycling Machine Rubber Crusher Production Line

Tyre shredder recycling machine production process:
1. Remove steel wire from waste tires through wire drawing machine
2. Waste tires are crushed into 3-5cm rubber blocks through shredder or tire crusher
3. Rubber blocks are crushed into rubber particles or rubber powder through rubber particle production line or double-roll rubber crusher production line
4. Magnetic separator removes steel wire from rubber particles or powder
5. Fiber separator removes nylon fiber from rubber particles or powder;
6. Grinding machine crushes rubber particles or powder into finer powder, such as 60 mesh, 80 mesh, 100 mesh, 200 mesh, etc.

Process flow:
Waste tires are divided into two tire rims and block materials through a top cutter and a strip cutter. The tire rims are separated from the steel wire and rubber by a double-roll tire extruder. The block materials enter the tire rubber block grinding production line. The grinding machine uses roller rolling and circulation grinding. After multiple grindings, the particles are completely separated from the steel wire and rubber powder by magnetic separation. The fine material is screened out by a belt conveyor through two screening beds, and then the capillary steel wire and pure rubber powder are separated by a magnetic roller magnetic separator. The rubber powder is cooled and dusted by an air separation bagging machine and then packed into bags for storage. If the mesh number requirement is not met, it can be returned to the grinding machine through a return conveyor for further grinding. The grinding particle size and output can be customized according to requirements.

Application of recycling tires:
8-20 mesh:used for runways, road cushions,sports field paving.
30-40 mesh:used for recycled rubber, paving, and production of rubber sheets.
40-60 mesh:used for rubber filling,plastic modification.
60-80 mesh:used for automobile tires, rubber products,building materials.
