Working principle of charcoal machine:
1. Pretreatment: Chop and dry raw materials such as wood and straw to prepare for carbonization.
2. Loading: Load the pretreated raw materials into the carbonization chamber of the charcoal machine.
3. Heating: There will be a heating device inside the charcoal machine, such as gas heating or electric heating, to heat the raw materials.
4. Carbonization: Under high temperature conditions (generally 400-800℃), the raw materials undergo pyrolysis reaction and gradually transform into charcoal.
5. Discharging: When the carbonization process is completed, the charcoal machine will automatically discharge the charcoal from the carbonization chamber.
6. Cooling and screening: After the charcoal is discharged, it needs to be cooled and screened to separate charcoal products of different particle sizes.
By accurately controlling parameters such as heating temperature and time, the charcoal machine can produce high-quality charcoal products that meet the requirements of different uses.
