How Scrap Metal Crusher Works
The scrap metal crusher uses the basic principle of hammer hitting, driven by the high speed and high torque motor, the hammer head on the main engine rotor takes turns to hit the objects to be broken into the chamber. Through the space formed between the lining plate and the hammer head, the material to be broken is torn into the specification of the broken material.

1. Dry system: the broken material must be separated from the metal and non-metal by the air rotation sorting system, and the whole system is equipped with a dust removal device.
2. Wet system: spray water at the same time of crushing, and rinse water at the same time of sorting.
3. Semi-wet system: Only when crushing is needed, a small amount of water is sprayed to prevent dust, and there is no cleaning.
