Matters Needing Attention
After the crusher is running normally, it can be put into production.
2. The materials to be crushed should be evenly added to the crusher chamber, and lateral or full loading should be avoided to avoid unilateral overload or bearing overload.
During normal operation, the temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 30 ℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70 ℃. When the above temperature is exceeded, the vehicle should be stopped immediately to identify the cause and eliminate it.
Before parking, the feeding should be stopped first, and the power can only be turned off after the materials in the crushing chamber are completely discharged.
5. When crushing, if the material in the crushing chamber is blocked and causes a shutdown, the power should be immediately turned off to stop running. After cleaning the material in the crushing chamber, it can be restarted.
After one end of the jaw plate is worn out, it can be turned back for use.
7. After using the crusher for a period of time, the tightening liner should be loosened and the machine should be damaged.
