Equipment working principle
The electric motor drives the belt and pulley, which move the movable jaw up and down through an eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the plate and the jaw increases, thereby pushing the jaw closer to the fixed jaw. At the same time, the material is crushed, achieving the purpose of crushing. When the movable jaw goes down, the angle between the elbow and the movable jaw decreases, and the movable jaw leaves the fixed jaw under the action of the pull rod and spring. At this time, the crushed material is discharged from the fracture chamber. With the continuous rotation of the electric motor, the crusher operates periodically to crush and discharge materials, achieving mass production.

1. The main content of minor repairs includes checking and repairing the adjustment device, adjusting the clearance between the discharge ports, and turning or replacing worn lining plates. Check the transmission part and lubrication system, and replace the lubricating oil in a timely manner. The cycle of minor repairs is about 1-3 months.
2. In addition to minor repairs, medium maintenance also includes replacing thrust plates, lining plates, inspecting and repairing bearing shells, etc. The cycle of intermediate maintenance is generally around 1-2 years.
3. In addition to the work of intermediate maintenance, major repairs also include replacing the eccentric shaft and center shaft, casting the Babbitt alloy on the upper part of the connecting rod head, and replacing or repairing worn parts. The overhaul cycle is generally around 5 years.
