Roller Furnace Ceramic Tunnel Kiln Push Plate Tunnel Kiln High Temperature
Tunnel kiln introduction:
TONTEN machinery tunnel kiln is a linear passage with fixed kiln walls and kiln roof on both sides and the top (the top has a flat roof and a vaulted roof). The kiln car runs on the track laid at the bottom, and the kiln car is loaded with fired products. The kiln car enters and the kiln car exits in sequence. The kiln body constitutes a fixed preheating zone and cooling zone, which are usually called the "three zones" of the tunnel kiln. The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion flows along the tunnel toward the kiln head through the chimney at the front end of the tunnel kiln or under the action of the induced draft fan. At the same time, it gradually preheats the products entering the kiln, and blows cold air at the end of the tunnel kiln to cool it. The products in the last section of the tunnel kiln are heated by the cold air blown through the products, and then pumped out and sent to the drying kiln as a heat source for drying the green bricks. The fuel used in the sintered brick tunnel kiln includes three different types of fuels: solid, liquid and gas.
Tunnel kiln features:
1. The tunnel kiln is large in size and requires less bricks and refractory materials, which reduces production costs from the source.
2. Suitable for mass production and can produce large quantities of items, such as ceramics, glass, cement, etc.
3. The firing time is shortened, and the tunnel kiln produces continuously, saving the heating and cooling time of loading and unloading the kiln.
4. The tunnel kiln adopts layered heating and sequential heat treatment methods, which can complete the firing of a large number of items and has high production efficiency.
5. Continuous production, short cycle, large output and high quality.
6. Works using the counterflow principle, heat utilization rate is high and the fuel economy is good. Because the heat retention and waste heat utilization are both good, it saves fuel.
