Rotary kilm introduction:
The main auxiliary equipment of the TONTEN machinery limited rotary kiln includes the feeding mechanism, distributor, air supply device, combustion device, ash unloading device, etc. The distribution of the rotary kiln is very important because when the fuel and raw materials are loaded into the kiln at the same time, the reasonable distribution of the charge in the kiln is achieved through the distribution, the furnace wall effect is eliminated, the resistance in the furnace is balanced, and the entire furnace section is "fired" evenly. Therefore, the form and use effect of the distributor have a great influence on the production efficiency of the rotary kiln. The rotary kiln is used for roasting high metallurgical ores in refractory materials plants and roasting clinker and aluminum hydroxide in aluminum plants; roasting active lime and light-burned dolomite for steel plants and ferroalloy plants; magnetization roasting of lean iron ores in steel plants in the metallurgical industry.
