Working principle:
in the process of material drying, wet materials are sentto the hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, and then enter the feedingend through the feeding pipe through the feeder of the hopper. Theinclination of the feeding pipe shall be greater than the natural inclination ofthe material, so that the material can flow into the dryer smoothly. Thecylinder of rotary dryer is a rotary cylinder slightly inclined to the horizontalline. The material is added from the higher end, the heat carrier enters fromthe low end and contacts the material in countercurrent. There are also caseswhere the heat carrier and the material flow into the cylinder together. Withthe rotation of the cylinder, the material moves to the bottom end under theaction of gravity. When the wet material moves forward in the cylinder, it isdirectly or indirectly heated by the heat carrier to dry the wet material, andthen sent out through the belt conveyor or screw conveyor at the dischargeend. A reading board is installed on the inner wall of the cylinder, which isused to pick up and scatter the materials, so as to increase the contact surfacebetween the materials and the air flow, so as to improve the drying rate andpromote the advancement of the materials.
