Product Introduction:
The grain drying tower is a device used to dry crops. It mainly achieves grain drying through forced convection heat transfer. It is widely used in the drying of various crops such as rice, wheat, corn, sorghum, etc.
Drying tower structure:
1. Feeding system: The grain or agricultural products to be dried are transported into the drying tower through devices such as elevators.
2. Heating system: The drying tower is equipped with heating devices such as diesel furnaces and electric heaters to generate high-temperature hot air flow.
3. Blowing system: The drying tower is equipped with a high-speed centrifugal fan to force the hot air flow through the grain layer to be dried.
4. Drying chamber: The grain is exposed to the hot air flow in the drying chamber. Under the combined action of heat and air flow, the moisture in the grain evaporates continuously.
5. Discharging system: The dried grain is discharged from the bottom of the drying tower through the discharging device.
