Working Principle:
The material enters the first hopper from the feeding equipment after spiraling through the hollow shaft. The hopper has a trapezoidal sheath or a corrugated sheath with steel balls inside.The steel balls in the barrel of the ball mill generate centrifugal force under the action of the rotating barrel. They are brought to a certain height and then fall, causing heavy impact and grinding on the materials. According to the different ore discharge methods, ball mills can be divided into two types: grid type and overflow type. The grid-type ball mill has a hollow journal at the discharge end, which is equipped with a bearing inner sleeve and a discharge grid, while the overflow-type ball mill discharges materials through overflow.
