Working principle of hammer crusher:
Feeding: The material is fed into the crushing chamber of the crusher through a feeding device (such as a vibrating feeder).
Crushing: The motor drives the rotor to rotate, and the hammer of the rotor moves at high speed. The material is quickly crushed under the impact of the hammer.
Screening: The crushed material will pass through the screen, and the smaller particles will fall from the screen holes to reach the required discharge particle size; the larger particles will continue to be hit by the hammer until they are broken.
Discharging: The crushed material is discharged through the discharge port to complete the crushing process.
