Main process:
1. Sorting Classify plastic bottles of different materials and colors to ensure the consistency of materials for subsequent processing. Plastic bottles enter the sorting area through a conveyor belt. The color sorter further separates bottles of different colors.
2. Label stripping removes labels, glue and foreign matter on the bottles to ensure the purity of subsequent processing.
Label stripping machine: usually equipped with rotating blades and brushes for stripping labels. Plastic bottles enter the label stripping machine, and rotating blades and brushes strip the labels. The hot air system softens the glue to ensure that the labels are completely removed. The bottles after label stripping pass through a vibrating screen to remove the remaining label fragments.
3. Crushing Break the plastic bottles into small pieces for subsequent cleaning and processing. There is a screen at the bottom of the plastic crusher to control the size of the plastic flakes after crushing. The plastic bottle enters the crusher, and the blade cuts it into small pieces. The crushed plastic flakes pass through the screen to ensure uniform size.
4. Cleaning removes dirt, residues and impurities on the plastic flakes to ensure the cleanliness of the material.
The friction washer further cleans the plastic flakes through mechanical friction.
5. Drying removes moisture from the plastic sheets to ensure dryness for subsequent processing. The cleaned and dried plastic sheets are converted into reusable raw materials.
