Temporary Fence made in TOPFENCE incoperate a anti climb mesh in a 60mm x 150mm diameter 4.00mm and 4.00mm ,all steel wire and tubing was Q235 steel was one of best steel materials for welding construction fencing panels ,productions of steel temporary fencing is mianly covered several steps list as follow
raw materials prepared
infill mesh welding
saw tubing in moderate dimension
welding infill mesh attached to tubing
HDG or silver painted as per order required
Obvious the process of productions looks rather easy and no any high technology but each steps do difference jobs will lead to price of fencing panels in a huge difference
Raw materials welding temporary fencing panels in china mainly covered Q195 and 235,the decent manufactueers like TOP FENCE was always prefer Q235 even per tons we pay extra 20USD-30USD but for us machine and workers as end user of temporary fencing prefer the materials off Q235 ,simply speaking better strength than Q195
pre-galvanized HDG wire and black wire is usual two types of materials we use them welding infilled mesh of fencing panels due to a price reason most of supplier will take HDG wire as a priority casue incoperate with pre-galvanized tubing or full HDG pipes then they can call it be HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED temporary fence but all supplier it is not cause it NO dipped in zinc pool process of or just steel pipes dipped into zinc pool ,the mesh are pre-galvanized .So why ? casue all of these related cost .
In NZ and AU when the people buy temporary fencing from china ,they are always say 42 microns but do there are several types can be up to 42microns temp fence
black steel tubing pls black steel mesh dipped into zinc pool then covered a minimum 42 microns -84 microns thickness
Hot dipped galvanized pipes the one we bought from STEEL manufactuers was finished hot dipped galvanized ,the testing reuslt is 42 microns then plus a pre-galvanized infill mesh 14 microns or 42 microns then still be called 42 microns temporary fencing ,due to by current technical checking zinc thickness of steel wire are hard
Full hdg mesh 42 microns plus 42 microns tubing then welding together still can be called 42 microns hdg
Excluded 1 all 2 and 3 is not real 42 microns temporary fencing panels cause just some process was dipped into zinc pool when welding will break zinc layer so in top fence we dont called it real 42 microns hdg temp fence panels ,if you are interested more about informations like this welcome to email us bob@wiremeshfence.com
