SLOT 20L/min ±1℃ With Flow Measurement and Heating Lubricating Oil Conditioning

Main functions :

• Water / oil cooling constant temperature system: the circulating oil temperature is reduced to the set value through the heat exchanger and sent to the engine for use.
• Control of proportional control valve: the heat exchange power can be changed and controlled by adjusting the outlet flow of cooling water, so as to ensure the constant temperature of engine oil fed into the engine and meet the test requirements.
• Constant temperature system: the thermostatic device takes oil from the oil filter and returns to the main oil duct through cold and hot exchange.

Overview

The oil conditioning system SeeLong SLOT conditions the engine or transmission lube oil temperature and oil supply pressure to a pre-definable set value and keeps it within a certain tolerance at steady state and dynamic operation of the unit under test UUT. The effective temperature value can be taken at the device or preferably at the UUT.

The effective pressure value must be taken at the UUT. Electrical heating is incorporated for preheating the lube oil and better control dynamics in transient operation.

Structure of SLOT oil temperature control device

The device adopts closed cycle structure, the heat exchanger adopts plate heat exchanger, which has excellent response speed and cooling effect; PLC microcomputer control can facilitate the setting and display of temperature (sharing PLC with coolant temperature control).

The oil thermostatic device is mainly composed of plate heat exchanger, Siemens control valve assembly, control valve, sensor, stainless steel pipe and PLC control.

Control principle

The PID control is carried out by an external system.( e.g. SeeLong SLOT). The temperature control is performed by a mixing valve (heat exchanger/electrical heating). The supply pressure control is handled by a control valve in the bypass between the supply and return lines to and from the unit.
