Performance Test System for Small Turbine
Introduction
- This project is a common platform for small turboshaft engines and small turbojet engines. The system adopts an integrated design and integral cabinet loading, with reasonable functional partition. The system can be moved as a whole, the function of modular design; It has the characteristics of forming a standard test bench after rapid combination and fast disassembly and recombination of moving functions.
- The functional areas of the system cabinet are divided into measurement and control system area, frequency conversion inverter and power supply area, data acquisition area, oil supply, and fuel consumption measurement area, engine performance test area, etc. The system is equipped with engine smoke exhaust, sound absorption, and noise reduction, and an engine heat dissipation device to meet the normal test requirements of the engine.
- The system is capable of measuring turbojet/turboprop engine thrust, and also measuring and calculating compressor inlet temperature and pressure, turbine inlet temperature and pressure, turbine exhaust temperature and pressure, fuel flow, etc.
Main technical parameters
- The speed measurement error is not more than ±1r/min;
- The torque measurement error is more than ±0.1% accuracy;
- The control error of constant speed is more than ±2r/min;
- The constant torque control error is more than ±0.2% accuracy
