Transmission | Gear Box Test Bench & Test Bed
Introduction
The container engine test bench is to install all systems (dynamometer, engine measurement, and control system, installation platform, engine, engine auxiliary system, etc.) in the container, with the gate reserved at both ends, The inner partition is divided into the test room and testing room. The wall around and top surface are equipped with a sound insulation damping plate. Sound absorbing material is filled between the shell and the sound insulation damping plate.
Laboratory
- The bottom of the test room is welded with rectangular square tube steel or flat plate low frame to improve the overall strength and bearing capacity. The surface is supplemented with a checkered steel plate, four rubber damping pads, and a supporting foundation flat plate, which can effectively reduce the impact of engine vibration on the whole container;
- On the foundation plate, a dynamometer is installed, which is connected with the engine through the coupling assembly. Four engine three-dimensional supports fix the engine
- In order to ensure safety, the coupling is protected in it by the shield assembly
- The throttle actuator used to control the throttle is installed on the base plate through the throttle actuator bracket
- Test support equipment: the water temperature regulating device and the oil temperature regulating device are fixed on both sides respectively. The cooling water pipeline system delivers the cooling water to each point. The quick joint is set at the cooling inlet and outlet for easy installation
- The fuel consumption meter is fixed on the wall through a bracket, and a fuel quick connector is set outside the wall
- Ventilation system: there are two air inlets on the top of the test room, and the exhaust port is set under its opposite top angle to force the air convection and take away the heat generated by the engine body surface and exhaust port. The exhaust port of the engine is connected with a high temperature resistant stainless steel bellows, which leads the exhaust gas out to the exhaust port through the engine muffler. The air in the exhaust port is negative pressure, which is conducive to reducing the exhaust backpressure
