Introduction
Torque calibration system mainly includes calibration arm, shaft locking mechanism, tray, weight and so on.
During torque calibration, the dynamometer spindle is locked by shaft locking mechanism, which makes the dynamometer spindle fixed and unable to rotate. The calibration arm is installed on the end of the torque flange of the dynamometer, on the calibration arm, the finishing stop is matched with the torque flange stop to ensure the distance between the calibration force arm and the center of the spindle (1019.72), and ensure that the 1Kg weight corresponds to 100Nm when the torque is calibrated. The calibration system is equipped with fourth grade standard weight (100g/ block). Static calibration of dynamometer torque is carried out by hanging weight.
