1. Product Description
This machine only needs to take out the dough from the kneading machine. After the dough is finished, it can be directly fed into the hopper by the conveyor belt in the machine "Paratha production line", and the dough can be made by rolling, shaping, thinning and other actions, until it turn into thin dough belt. Then use the widening mechanism to stretch the dough again to a thickness of less than 1mm, and then the upper and lower oil brushing mechanism will automatically apply evenly up and down. After sprinkling the chopped green onion and spices, the thin skin is rolled into a rod shape with a large roller to form a layer. Finally, the front and back seals of the pinch-off machine are used to pinch them off, and they are manually rolled into a spiral ball shape and sent to refrigeration for shipment. This machine is mainly used for paratha, desktop spring onion cake, spring onion pie, thin crust pastry, thin crust series.
