Ultra - High Temperature Instantaneous Sterilization UHT Sterilizier Machine

Ultra - High Temperature Instantaneous Sterilization UHT Sterilizier Machine is suitable for instant sterilization of liquid materials such as fresh milk, fruit juice, beverage, popsicle, ice cream slurry, soy sauce, soy milk, condensed milk, wine, etc. It can also be used for sterilization of fluid materials. The feed and discharge of this equipment are all three-way cocks, the flow can be adjusted according to the needs, and the use is reliable.

UHT Tubular Sterilizer

Ø Special tubular structure, specially used for juice materials;

Ø Production capacity: 0.5T/H;

Ø Material inlet temperature: 40℃~50℃;

Ø The material outlet temperature is less than 40℃;

Ø Sterilization temperature: 95℃~121℃;

Ø Sterilization time: 10S;

Ø Cooling water temperature <30℃
