LB is a manufacturer of touch LCD panel, with the ability to design and manufacture PCAP touch panel, resistive touch panel and bond touch panel to LCD panel. Our factory covers an area of 3000 square meters, and half of it is clean rooms for touch sensor manufacturing and bonding process. Below is the general manufacturing process for glass-on-glass PCAP touch LCD panel:

Designing – Silk Screen Printing ITO Patterns – Lasering Silver Ink Traces – Cutting – Bonding FPC – Laminating Touch to Cover Lens – Laminating Touch Panel to LCD Panel.

Glass-on-film PCAP touch LCD panel has similar manufacturing process as GG type touch LCD panel. Usually, the touch sensor is two lay ITO film laminated with OCA.

Resistive touch LCD panel has different design. The top ITO film is laminated on the bottom ITO glass on the bezel. For flush type 4-wire resistive touch panel, there is a PET layer with colored bezel on the top. While 5-wire flush type resistive touch panel has only two layers, the top ITO film with black bezel laminated on the bottom ITO glass. The top ITO layer of 5 wire resistive touch is the ground plane to represent the 5^th wire and other 4 wires are designed on the bottom ITO glass.

LB is a manufacturer with custom ability upon touch LCD panel. We have our own manufacturing team, quality control team, engineering team, sales team and other supporting teams.

Production department has 20 workers, including 6 people for silkpinting the touchscreen sensors and 4 people for bonding FPC and 10p eople for laminating the cover lens to touch sensor and LCD panel. We manufacture our products strictly based on the approved SOP (standard operation procedures). Besides, there are 4 quality control coworkers to supervise the production quality and manufacturing process as per the ISO9000:2015 and clients' specific criteria. The quality control department execute the SIP (standard inspection procedures). Engineering department is responsible for the product design, research and development as per the clients' requirement and marketing need. Two of them are 10-year-experience upon touch LCD panel with one assitant for those documents. Below is our organization chart.

In addition, we offer a range of services to help our customers get the most out of their touch LCD panels. These services include:

1. Customization and configuration services: we propose touch LCD panel solutions as per the applications and its working environment for clients' reference and follow clients' final decisions.
2. Software and firmware updates: Mostly, the standard firmware works fine on Windows, Android, and Linux. For some special development or customization, we support firmware creating and remote tuning accordingly if necessary.
3. Warranty: 1 year. It can be extended to be 2 years, 3 years or 5 five years.
4. Accessories for LCD panel: LVDS cable, eDP cable, AD board with HDMI/VGA/DVI/DP interfaces, and HDMI/VGA/DP cable are available.
5. Accessories for touch panel: PCAP touch usually has a touch controller with USB interface and USB cable. Our touch controller also supports RS232 and USB. This controller is a standard accessory with the PCAP touch panel. USB cable can be customized as the mainboard connector. USB controller board is also for option for resistive touch panel.
6. Enclosure and Assemblage: Enclosure can be provided on request for fast integrating. With your 3D or 2D drawing, we will be pleased to help customizing the enclosure with the support of our partners. We are also pleased to help doing the assemblage.
