Shining (Cloudtop) is an OEM and ODM manufacturer. Basically, we are in a position to help clients to produce touch panels/screens according to the drawing offered. Actually, we are also able to design basing on customers' specific requirements. Up till now, we have been serving around 100 customers both domestic and abraod and most of them have been cooperating with us from the beginning of establishment of Shining. Dongguan Shining Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., together with Dongguan Cloudtop Electronic Technolgoy Co., Ltd. is located in Chang'an Town, Donggduan City, Guangdong Province, China, between Guangzhou and Shenzhen. It owns over 2000 square meters 10,000-class dust-free workshops and more than 200 square meters is equipped with 100-class dust-free workshops. May 2008 Dongguan Shining Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was registered, researching, developing and marketing touch panels;

Jul. 2009 Dongguan Hanchuang Optic Electronic Technology Co., was established to manufacture resistive touch panels;

Oct. 2010 Passed ISO 9001:2008 international quality management system and 14001:2004 + Cor 1: 2009 environmental management system;

Feb. 2012 Expanded plant to R&D, manufacture and market capacitive touch panels;

Jul. 2013 Began to develop overseas market via our branch office in HK;

Aug. 2013 Products passed REACH test;

Dec. 2014 Shining Marketing Center moved to DG Chamber of Net Commerce, concentrating on marketing touch panels and other parts related to mobile phones and vehicles both domestic and overseas;

Apr. 2015 Established DG Cloudtop Electronic Technolgoy Co., Ltd. separately for resistive touch panels;

Dec. 2015 Obtained PRC Standard High Quality Manufacturer of GMC audited by TUV;

Feb. 2016 Our rademark, Kenshin, was formally applied for successfully.

Shining has been a touch panel/screen manufacturer since 2009, supplying analog resistive touch panels, including 4-wire resistive touch panels and 5-wire resistive touch panels, digital touch panels, capacitive touch panels, etc..

High Quality Raw Materials

100% Inspection

To ensure the high quality of each piece to clients, we take out 100% inspection policy:

100% ensure the cleanliness before laminating the upper layers to bottom layers;

100% inspection to make sure to exlude short and open circuit after removing OCA bubbles;

100% apperance and fuction inspection before packing.

Packing and Delivery

Usually, products are packed with anti-static box and foam box, certainly, we shall follow your packing requirements if you have.

Payment Terms

Basically, we shall follow Incoterms 2010;

Usually, we quote EXW, FOB, CIF etc.;

Payment: T/T (30% deposit, balance before shipment) or L/C at sight.
