Description of glass control panel:

The semi transparent effect can be designed according to customer requirements. The color crystal glass panel made by UMI is opaque when there is no light on the back. However, if there is light on the back, special patterns will appear from the back, which can achieve the light transmission that metal raw materials cannot.

Please Note:

The specification of glass control panel should be confirmed before put the sheet glass into the toughening furnace, the

tempered glass can't be cut anymore after out of the toughening furnace, otherwise it will be broken.

Glass control panel printing:

Quality inspection items:

1, Printing appearance: the glass printing area (ink covered area) of the control panel is judged under the condition that the back has opaque cover (black background), and under the black background, it is acceptable that the front is invisible.
2, Evenness: bow shape ≤ 0.5%; there is one place (one peak and one trough) allowed for every 610mm of waveform;
3, Granularity test: two pieces of tempered glass are selected for each batch of glass to be tested, and the place where the center of the long side of the glass plate is 13mm higher than the bottom edge is taken as the breaking point (see figure). After the glass is broken, the two areas with the largest granularity are selected in a 50mm*50mm box for counting. The number of crack-free particles completely contained in the 50mm*50mm box must be ≥50, and the largest particle size must be ≤ 15 mm * 8 mm.
4, Impact test: drop a steel ball with a diameter of 51mm and a weight of 535g from the glass surface 648mm, and impact the center of the glass plate once to ensure that the glass does not break.
