1.About the details of your site

Before design, first of all, you should provide us you site pictures and tell us if there are some beams, poles or obstructions in your location that will be in the playground installation area and any obstructions in the ceiling space such as air conditioning vents,exhaust ducts,hanging lights,etc. It will be better for our professional designer if you have CAD file or manuscripts about your site.

Sewing design and production

The soft play is the core part of the amusement equipment shell, which is a highly customized product. This is the foundation of the unique shape of Hanlin indoor playground and the source of soft touching.

3.Quality PVC Coat:

Anti-skid, -proof, multi- color design. We care about the safety of children in every aspect. Parents and teachers can rest at peace and let kids enjoy the indoor soft play.

4.High Density EPE:

High density EPE as the inner layer of indoor soft play, it has good buffer function and resilience, can keep children safe. Moisture proof and anti-mildew, odorless.All wood surfaces are covered with High density EPE to prevent burrs from being injured when worn.

5.Craftsmanship:

Professional cutting and sewing techniques for the PVC coat , the dense stitches makes the coat fine and firm, ensure the long-lasting durability of the products.

6. Finished soft play

We keep improving the details to ensure that all the facades of the products are beautiful and have the same effect as the renderings.

All welding sport been polished before power coating. Customer's playsets coming with life through the hands of our technician and every playground is special and unique.
