Metallurgy Industry Transfer Dolly

The metallurgy industry transfer cart is a special transfer cart designed for metallurgy plant material transport. With the functions of steady traveling and step-less speed regulation, this transfer cart is commonly applied to transfer steel ladles, aluminum ladles, lead ladles, steel slag, etc. Generally, the outer surface temperature of the ladle is 200-300 degrees, due to the high temperature, the metallurgy industry transfer cart should be designed with a heat exposure proof device, especially for the battery, motor, reducer, and electric appliance.

Working Principle---Industry Transporter Dolly
The transporter flat transfer dolly conducts AC380v directly into the electrical control system of the transfer dolly to start, stop, go forward back forward, and so on. It is powered by the dragged cable which is laid on the ground. the cable line is placed between the two rails (rail transfer trolley) or laid on the ground. The operation system is low voltage 36v power.
