1. Frame
The frame structure of the trolley is a box type structure welded integrally by longitudinal beam, several cross beams and worktable cover plate. This structure is paired with the bearing seat on the wheel set to effectively reduce the height of the worktable and improve the stress on the frame. The worktable is provided with removable manhole, and four lifting holes or hooks are provided on both sides of the frame for hoisting and turning over. The longitudinal beam and cross beam of the frame are made of I-beam and channel steel of the same size, and the worktable panel is made of high-quality carbon steel plate. The frame strength is designed as 1.25 times of the rated load, so as to ensure that the frame will not deform under certain impact
2. Drive unit
XQ series DC traction motor is adopted for this series of electric flatbed truck. This series of motor has wide speed regulation range, smooth speed regulation characteristics, strong overload capacity, large starting and braking torque, small energy loss during speed regulation, easy control and high reliability. The reducer adopts the heavy standard of the lifting and transportation industry, and is dedicated to the hard tooth flat car. It has compact structure, high reliability, good universality, and convenient installation and maintenance. All gears are made by carburizing, quenching and grinding.
Application of Electric Rail Transfer Truck
The electric rail transfer truck is also called headless transfer cart, motorized flat car, it is a kind of handling tool to transport cargos from one bay to another. Due to large capacity, it has been widely used in metallurgy (ladle transfer or hot steel transportation).
