Low voltage track electric flat car is a driving form that transmits power through track conduction. Low voltage track power supply is divided into kpdz low voltage track power supply and kods track power supply according to different loads. The two types of conductive substation are different.
The low-voltage track power supply flat car needs to lay three tracks with 36V three-phase AC on the track. The carbon brush on the flat car takes power from the wheel to the control box of the flat car. The step-up transformer inside the control box boosts 36V three-phase AC to 380V three-phase AC, and then supplies power to the motor of the flat car. The motor drives the reducer and wheel to rotate, and drives the flat car forward, backward And stop, the movement and stop of the flat car are controlled by the operating system. 36V AC on the track is obtained after the 380V AC power supply is depressurized through the step-down transformer.
Kpdz series flat car adopts DC motor and European standard reducer as the driving system. The power source is the track with 36V voltage. 380V AC is reduced to 36V through step-down transformer and connected to the track. The power taking device on the wheel of the flat car introduces the current into the flat car electrical control box. After the electrical components in the electrical box change 36V AC into 36V DC, Then, it supplies power to the DC motor of the flat car, and controls the forward, backward and stop of the flat car through the electrical control system.
