Spraying furnace roller rail transfer cart is a kind of high temperature explosion-proof electric transfer cart, which is a kind of rail handling equipment that can be controlled manually. The bearing wheel of the rail transport cart is cast steel wheel, which can run on the track at will and stop by the positioning device after reaching the designated position. Remarkable rail transfer cart has Advanced and reliable structure, stable operation, safe operation, excellent performance, long-term continuous and stable operation, durable. The transfer carriage is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, aerospace, coal, thermal power generation, heavy industry, shipbuilding, light industry, railway and other fields, especially in high temperature production or logistics environment.

Spraying furnace roller transfer carts includes shell conveying device and support rotating bracket. The overall structure is mainly composed of frame, walking device and roller frame. The upper surface of the frame is equipped with roller bracket through fixed bolts. Two groups of products are a set, including active roller and passive roller. Each group of active and passive frames has four rollers, and the spacing can adapt to different sizes of products.
