Battery-Powered Heavy Duty Platform Cart

As the name suggests, 20 ton transfer cart on cement floor is an electric flat car that can run without rails. The battery is installed in the body of the transfer cart on cement floor. The battery powers the DC motor through an electrical control system.

Use this principle to operate its start, stop, left turn, right turn, forward, backward, and so on. The wheel material is a high-strength polyurethane rubber solid tire. It can get rid of the dependence of the tram on the track without destroying the infrastructure. The transfer cart trolley on cement floor is not limited by space and ground, can be turned at will, and can change the direction and route of walking at any time. Polyurethane has the advantages of high wear resistance, coloring, high cut resistance, excellent oil resistance and chemical resistance. Polyurethane tires have better uniformity than rubber tires, and there is no tread peeling and high temperature resistance. The coefficient of friction between the polyurethane wheel and the underside of the cement is about 0.8. It is specifically designed for material handling in the industrial sector. The capacity load can reach 500 tons. Power supply is optional, such as low voltage power supply, battery power supply, cable reel power supply, streamer power supply, bus power supply, etc. The transfer cart on cement floor's model accessibility features can be customized.
