Automatic Comprehensive 22kV Capacity 2000kVA Transformer Routine Testing Equipment for Laboratory or Workshop
The design specification for the comprehensive test system of transformer lab
1 The system is safe and reliable and it should be easily operated.
The whole system gives consideration to both the safety of the operator and the reliability of the equipment.
Complete protection function to overvoltage, overcurrent etc.
Reasonable space layout with the clearly defined wires.
2 High-efficient system
The test result is inputted directly to the microcomputer to calculate with full use of microcomputer data processing technology, which avoids a lot of trouble to calculate manually. The external wires were arranged uniformly to avoid the manual connection to the lines. When replacing the wires, only need to use control buttons to finish the process automatically.
3 Humanized operation system
Make the full use of mechanical and electrical interlock, with combination of computer software, to prevent misoperation. Any operation not conforming to safety operation procedure will be denied by the system so as to protect the operator and the system effectively.
4 Reliable operation system
There are two operation mode, manual operation and automatic. Manual operation is usually adopted when automatic operation mode is failed to run, which won’t affect the normal test.
5 High test precision
The measurement accuracy of the system is higher than the national standard no matter measuring apparatus, meters or instrument transformers.
6 Real-time video monitoring (not taking into consideration temporarily)
Running real-time video monitoring with professional camera and transferring the video signal to the monitor room, which will make the test performer have a good command to the on-site status.
