RSFZW Transformer Testing Equipment 300kVA Mid-frequency Brushless Generator Set

Product Description

RSFZW series motor is the latest design type with large overload capacity and high mechanical strength, applies to the electric drive for different kinds of hoisting machinery and metallurgical ancillary equipment.

The product is designed to meet generator induction withstand voltage test and local discharge test in <<GB1094.3 -- 85>>, <<GB1207>> and << precautionary test procedures for electrical equipment >> -- 1995 .

The inductive withstand voltage test of transformer and mutual inductor is an important test to check whether the product conforms to the national standard.The induction test of longitudinal insulation between layers, turns, segments and phase insulation of the winding is an important item to test whether the winding meets the requirements.In order to improve the test voltage of winding and prevent the iron core of transformer or transformer from oversaturation leading to excessive excitation current, the test frequency should be increased, generally 150Hz.
