Primary circuit, secondary loop and interlock system are adopted to protect the system; the equipment is designed with split type; primary circuit and secondary control circuit are designed separately in the control unit to improve the security of tester and the product.
In the case of step-up testing, as the induction voltage regulator is driven by both the motor and turbine, it is hard to control test voltage accurately in the process of regulating, especially in the power frequency,withstand voltage test and no-load test because of the inertia force. We adopt the frequency control method that the motor speed can be adjusted, which greatly improve the work efficiency and the accuracy of test data.
