13.2KV ordinary power transformers and special transformers, capacity 3500kVA and below,total current load test;
2.The experimental subject for the equipment must meet the following requirements of voltage classes:
The impedance of the tested transformer is less than 10%, the voltage class is:
HV side 13.2KV,34.5KV, etc.
LV side:0.22KV~0.42kV.
3.The experimental subject for the equipment must meet the following requirements of tested capacity:
HV side voltage level 34.5KV capacity 10000KVA and below.
HV side voltage level 13.2KV capacity 3500kVA and below.
4.Routine testing
Transformer no-load current percentage and no-load loss testing;
Transformer short-circuit impedance percentage and load loss testing;
Transformer power frequency withstand voltage testing;
Transformer frequency doubling induced withstand voltage testing;
5.Based on the analysis of experimental ability, the experimental subject for the equipment must meet the following test ability:
No-load and load loss test ability
For the voltage level of 0.22 kV ~ 0.6 kV distribution transformer, it’ s ok to use the direct low-voltage circuit testing for no-load and load loss.
For the voltage level of 0.6kV~34.5KV transformer no-load and load loss and impedance voltage percentage test need to use Intermediate transformer.
