RSYJS integrated precision oil medium loss tester is a high-precision instrument to test the insulating medium loss angle of insulating oil and other liquids with integrated structure. Inside the instrument, it is integrated with medium loss oil cup, temperature control instrument, temperature sensor, medium loss testing bridge, AC testing power supply, standard capacitor and other main components. The most advanced high-frequency induction heating mode at present has been applied for the heating part, which gains it many advantages, such as no-contact between oil cup and heating element, uniformly distributed heating, high speed, easy to control, etc. AC-DC-AC conversion mode is applied for AC testing power supply, which effectively avoids the influence on medium loss testing accuracy from fluctuation of mains voltage and frequency. The instrument can operate correctly even it is operated by power generator. The internal standard capacitor has SF6 gas-filled tripolar capacitance. Medium loss and electric capacity of the capacitor will not be influenced by environment temperature, humidity and other factors, which ensure a consistent accuracy even after a long time of use.
