Automatic core cutting machine DHJ400 is a special cutting machine. The core cutting machine is mainly used to cut silicon steel strip to make reactor cores and other similar products. The automatic core cutting machine can cut the silicon steel strip with maximum width 400mm. The automatic core cutting machine can also punch holes on the strip if needing. The automatic core cutting machine is driven by servo motor, which guarantees the accuracy of the cutting and punching operations. The automatic core cutting machine’s cutter blade adopts carbide cutter knife, this kind of knife is with HRC88 ~ 90 hardness, the blade does not need regrind unit cutting more than 5 million times. With a touch screen, the core cutting machine can be operated very easily.
