Automatic core cutting machine DHJ400 is a professional making equipment to cut silicon steel strip for making reactor cores. The automatic core cutting machine can be used to cut the silicon steel with maximum width 400mm. The automatic core cutting machine can punch holes on the strip if needing. The automatic core cutting machine is provided with servo motor, which is used to drive cutting and punching actions and guarantees the accuracy of the actions. The cutter blade of the automatic core cutting machine adopts carbide cutter knife with HRC88 ~ 90 hardness, and can cut the silicon steel 5 million times without regrinding the blade. With a touch screen, it is very easy to operate the automatic core cutting machine.
