Transformer foil winding machine BRJ1400-2 is mainly used to wind low voltage dry type transformer coils and other similar products. The transformer foil winding machine can be used to wind both copper foil and aluminum foil with width from 200mm to 1400mm. The transformer foil winding machine can wind one or two layers of foil and one or two layers of insulation material, such as paper or similar material. The transformer foil winding machine can weld foil with bus bar together automatically. With photoelectric sensors, the transformer foil winding machine can make the wound coil edge alignment when winding. With the control system based on PLC and a touch screen, the transformer foil winding machine can be operated easily.
