Product characteristics
- Made of toughened glass. Because of the high mechanical strength of the glass insulator surface, it is not easy to crack the surface. The electrical strength of glass generally remains constant throughout the operation period, and the aging process of glass is much slower than that of porcelain.
- Insulator is a special insulation control, which can play an important role in overhead transmission lines.
- In the early years, insulators were mostly used for utility poles, and slowly developed from one end of the high voltage wire connection tower to hang many disk-shaped insulators, which were usually made of glass or ceramics to increase the distance of climbing, and were called insulators.
- Insulators should not fail due to various mechanical and electrical stresses caused by changes in the environment and electrical load conditions, otherwise insulators will not play a significant role, which will damage the service life of the entire line.
