Standard Anti-pollution Suspension Porcelain Insulators Overhead Line Power Accessories

Disc suspension ceramic insulators are used for insulating and fixing conductors in high voltage overhead transmission and distribution lines. Insulator strings are usually assembled from insulator components for different voltage levels.

Suspension porcelain insulator is made of porcelain, iron cap and steel foot not less than 525 Portland cement and quartz sand cement. The contact surface of the iron cap and steel foot with the adhesive is coated with a thin buffer layer, and the top of the steel foot is provided with an elastic liner. The surface of porcelain is usually painted with white glaze and brown glaze, and other glazes can also be painted as needed. All hot zinc on the surface of iron cap and steel foot. The push-pull elastic locking pins with spherical connection are W-type and R-type. They are made of tin bronze, brass and austenitic stainless steel. They have good elasticity and corrosion resistance, and are easy to disassemble and assemble. Cylindrical and hunchback open pins with groove connection are made of brass and zinc with heat on the surface of the former.
