1) Description of Double-sided Spiral Bevel Gear

Double-sided spiral bevel gear is a special spiral bevel gear type, which has the features of spiral bevel gear and worm sets.

Double-sided spiral bevel gear is widely applied in the occasions where high torque and high precision transmission are required.

2) Features of Double- sided Spiral Bevel Gear

a) Hyperbolic Surface Design: The gear shafts, though not physically intersecting, are arranged in a spatially intersecting configuration. This design enhances the contact ratio of the gears, increases their load-bearing capacity, and improves transmission smoothness, thereby contributing to more efficient and reliable mechanical performance.
