Structure and principle of LZS plastic flowmeter
It is mainly composed of a transparent plastic cone tube with the small end down and the big end up, and a float that can move up and down in the cone tube as a measuring element, and is composed of nuts, nozzles, stoppers and "O" rings. When the fluid flows from bottom to top in the conical tube, a pressure difference is generated up and down the float, which makes the float rise. When the pressure difference is in force balance with the gravity, buoyancy and viscous force of the float, the float is in a static position. When the flow rate changes, The flow velocity of the fluid flowing through the annular gap between the cone tube and the float changes, the pressure difference between the upper and lower floats changes accordingly, and the float moves up and down, so the height of the float at the static position can be used as a measure of flow.
