The MF4001 sensors from YUNYI utilize advanced MEMS for superior performance. Made of sturdy polycarbonate, they are chemically resistant and maintain functionality across varying temperatures. With a robust build, they can handle up to 5 bar overpressure, ensuring reliability in harsh environments.

Notes:

• Accuracy is denoted by ±(1.5% of Reading + 0.5% of Full Scale). For precise flow measurements, allow the sensor to warm up for 1 minute after power-up.
• The sensor's response time is influenced by the ADC Sampling rate and data processing algorithm. It has a default response time of 65 milliseconds, which can be adjusted through RS232 communication.
• The maximum pressure drop is observed at a flow rate of 1000 sccm. For sensors with 500 sccm capacity, the pressure drop will be less. In the case of 30, 100, and 200 sccm flow sensors, the flow pipe is narrower, resulting in a maximum pressure drop of less than 20 Pa at a flow rate of 200 sccm.
• A DC power supply is required, with a minimum output current of 50mA. However, the actual operational consumption of the sensor is lower than this value.
• Calibrations for other gases are available upon request, offering flexibility for various applications.

Applications

The MF4001 operates on a power supply of 8~24V DC and features both analog and digital user interfaces. The analog output provides a linearized signal ranging from 0.5 to 4.5V DC, corresponding to the flow rate from 0 to full scale. The digital output is available through RS232 or I2C protocols, allowing for convenient data transmission and integration with other systems. Detailed communication protocols for RS232 and I2C can be found in the provided manual.

The sensor's calibration is typically performed using nitrogen gas at a standard temperature of 20℃ and pressure of 101.325kPa. However, upon request, the MF4001 can be calibrated with other gases and under different conditions to meet specific application requirements. This customization ensures accurate measurements in diverse operating environments.
