Details:

The Siemens SIPART PS2 intelligent electric valve positioner is currently the most widely used positioner for direct stroke and angle stroke actuators in the process industry. It features a design with a Macrolon, aluminum, or stainless steel housing, making the SIPART PS2 positioner suitable for all applications. Its proven universal design offers a particularly flexible stroke range, intelligent diagnostics, and communication via HART, PROFIBUS PA, or FF. The SIPART PS2 can be integrated into the communication range through PROFIBUS PA, FF, or HART protocols, and can also be used with SIMATIC PDM to clearly display and record stored trends, histograms, test runs, and operational data. The SIPART PS2 has extensive diagnostic capabilities. To issue costly fault warnings during operation, our positioner continuously checks the actuator and valve.
